RETURN POLICY

ORDERS

The delivering time for a placed order in the peninsula is 24 working hours.

The carrier is ASM.

Orders realised after 18h00 will be processed the next day. Any order placed on Friday after 18h00 will be processed on Monday. You can check the shipping table here.

 

RETURNS AND/OR CHANGES

If, once the purchase received, the client is not satisfied, TUGERS permits him to change the size of the item purchased or to return it, within 15 days starting from the day of receipt. TUGERS cannot accept exchanges or returns of items that have been used or damaged (as long as it does not involve a manufacturing defect).

 

Changes will be made for another item in stock if available. Items can be returned for their full price either by cash or through credit card refund.

 

In order to do a return of an online purchase, the client has to send the product to our offices. The address is: Calle padilla 41, 28006 , Madrid. The refund will be done the same way the purchase has been made (paypal, entry to back account..etc.) In this case, the costs of sending the package will be at the client’s account. Once we receive the package and everything is in order we will make the refund.

 

There will be no change if:

- The product is damaged or dirty.

- The product has been used.

- The product does not include original tags and box.

 

All TUGERS products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

Any changes will be subject to availability of stock.
